Painted gutters and downspouts, Repaired a fence post and gate, Cleaned gutters, Replaced damaged window trim, Replaced weather-stripping on front door, Hauled a couch and old cupboards to dump. Replaced a bathroom faucet, Replaced screening for door and window, Removed and disposed of a large metal awning, Replaced wax ring and secured toilet, Installed a new lock on a gate, Replaced worn out toilet valve
Installed a new mailbox and post, Installed smoke detectors, Replaced rotted wooden ramp, Replaced damaged baseboards, replaced electrical outlets, rewired lamps, etc.
